Laredo Petroleum Completes $400 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Houston – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Wells Fargo Securities as representative of the initial purchasers in a private offering of $400 million of senior notes due 2029 by Laredo Petroleum, an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties, primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas.

The transaction settled on July 16, 2021, with the proceeds used for general corporate purposes.
