Francisco Partners and TPG Capital Acquire Boomi from Dell Technologies for $4 Billion

San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that it advised Francisco Partners and TPG Capital in the acquisition of Boomi, a provider of cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS) from Dell Technologies. The cash transaction is valued at $4 billion and is expected to close by the end of 2021 subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction was announced on May 2, via the announcement here.
