EMZ Acquires Ayming

Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised EMZ on its acquisition of a minority stake in Ayming Group, a business performance consulting company.

The Ayming Group announced that the management team, led by its Chairman, Hervé Amar, and its Managing Director, Denis Blanc, and accompanied by the investment fund EMZ, will ensure the exit of the historical shareholders of the Ayming Group, Barings and M&G.

Paul Hastings' team on this transaction was led by Sébastien Crépy (partner), and included Jordan Jablonka and Alisée Rival (associates) on corporate and contractual aspects, Allard de Waal (partner) and Capucine Chareton (associate) on tax aspects, Camille Paulhac (partner) and Juliette Hua (associate) on antitrust aspects as well as Stéphane Henry (partner) and Alexandre Ruiz (associate) on employment law aspects.
