Embraer Creates Strategic Partnership With Aernnova Aerospace

Deal includes sale of Portuguese subsidiaries for $172 million

São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Embraer in the sale of its  wholly owned subsidiaries Embraer Portugal Estruturas Metalicas (EEM) and Embraer Portugal Estruturas em Compositos (EEC) to Aernnova Aerospace for USD $172 million.

Embraer has entered into a strategic partnership with Aernnova, which will assume operation of EEM and EEC and continue to supply Embraer with components used in aircraft production.
