Embraer and Aernnova Aerospace Complete Strategic Partnership Agreement

São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Embraer in the conclusion of the sale of its wholly owned subsidiaries Embraer Portugal Estruturas Metalicas (EEM) and Embraer Portugal Estruturas em Compositos (EEC) to Aernnova Aerospace for USD $174 million.
