Netflix wins auction for The Lumistella Company’s ‘The Elf On The Shelf’

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented The Lumistella Company in its auction of the rights to the bestselling children’s book The Elf On The Shelf.

Netflix acquired the rights through the auction in a seven-figure deal and plans to produce live-action and animated content based on the book.
