Boa Safra Sementes Completes $79 Million Brazilian IPO

São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Boa Safra Sementes, one of Brazil’s largest soybean producers, in its $79 million (400 million reais) initial public offering of shares listed on the B3 exchange on June 1, 2021.

The IPO was structured as a registered public offering in Brazil and international private placement to qualified investors on a Rule 144A / Regulation S basis. The Brazilian underwriters and international placement agents included BB Secuities and XP Investments.
