Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas Développement and Société Générale Capital Partenaires Acquire ACB

Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas Développement and Société Générale Capital Partenaires on the acquisition of a stake in the ACB Group, a leading European manufacturer of printed circuit boards for harsh environments.

This transaction will allow the ACB Group's management team, after being supported by Andera Partners since October 2016, to partner with Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas Développement and Société Générale Capital Partenaires in ACB Group’s capital.

Founded in 1988, ACB (Advanced Circuit Boards) is a leading European player in the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards in harsh environments and provides long-term support to major players in strategic sectors (space, defense, medical).

For this transaction, the Paul Hastings team was led by Sébastien Crepy (partner), and included Vincent Nacinovic and Amandine Guignard (associates) on corporate and contractual aspects, Thomas Pulcini (Of Counsel) and Alban Castarède (associate) on tax aspects, as well as Camille Paulhac (partner) and Juliette Hua (associate) on antitrust aspects.
