한화에너지USA홀딩스, 미화 3억 달러 선순위 그린본드 발행

Seoul – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has represented Hanwha Energy USA Holdings Corporation on its issuance of US$300 million 4.125% Senior Green Bonds due 2025, guaranteed by Export-Import Bank of Korea. The offering was conducted in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, The Korea Development Bank and Standard Chartered Bank acted as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Hanwha Energy USA Holdings Corporation provides services in development, design, construction, and management of various solar power projects, primarily in the United States. The proceeds of the green bonds will be used to refinance the existing renewable energy projects in accordance with the Issuer’s green financing framework.
