Overview

Zach Dooley is an associate in the Asset-Backed Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the New York office. Zach advises asset managers, sponsors, issuers, investors, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, collateral managers and advisors in all aspects of asset-backed financing transactions.

Zach received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a Notes & Articles Editor on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and as the Research Editor for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

He received B.A. degrees in Applied Linguistics and Spanish, both summa cum laude, from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, where he was a Presidential Scholar.
