Xue (Annie) Yu is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Annie received her law degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023, where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Innovation and Associate Editor at the Asian Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles in 2020. Annie is admitted to practice law in New York.
