Tim Cusack is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing banks, alternative lenders and investors, and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders, and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, equity offerings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset backed loans, tender offers and consent solicitations in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, project financings, and loan commitments. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Cusack practiced as a finance associate at another international law firm.
