Overview

Tiffany Monzon is an associate of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Paul Hastings, and is based in the firm's New York office. 

Tiffany advises public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity and private debt sponsors, and special committees on a variety of U.S. domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, capital markets transactions, and other complex commercial matters. She also has experience advising clients in restructuring and special situations matters.

Tiffany has worked across numerous industries including financial services, telecommunications, food and beverage, sports, aerospace, industrials, energy, infrastructure, consumer products, healthcare, investment management, and technology.

Tiffany is also a member of our Latin America practice, where she supports clients on corporate and transactional matters across the region. She has also provided pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations.

Representations

  • Antares Capital and a group of lenders in their respective capacities as first lien agent, prepetition lenders, DIP lenders, and 363 credit bid purchaser of assets in connection with the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Shoes for Crews.
  • BBVA Securities as Global Coordinator, Green Structuring Agent, Joint Bookrunner and Oppenheimer & Co. as Joint Bookrunner and Initial Purchasers in connection with a $300 million senior secured notes offering by a trust created under the laws of Mexico to hold the cash flows of two luxury hotel resorts in Cancun, Mexico, which notes are guaranteed by an affiliate of Murano Global Investments PLC.
  • BC Partners and affiliates in connection with financing and recapitalization of football helmet and protective sports equipment maker Riddell Inc.
  • Millicom International Cellular S.A. (TIGO), a leading provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications services in Latin America, in its issuance of $450 million senior notes listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
