Overview

Steven Hsu is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office.

Mr. Hsu's practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO) in Hong Kong and the U.S., dual primary and secondary listings, and rights offerings. He has advised on some of the most high-profile IPOs of leading Chinese companies, with a particularly strong track record in sectors such as technology, financial services, consumer goods, life sciences, real estate, and infrastructure. Steven is also highly experienced in advising listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He was recognized as a "Rising Star of the Year" by IFLR Asia Pacific Awards in 2019.

Mr. Hsu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
