  • Advising on the introduction of mandatory TCFD-aligned reporting for FCA-regulated portfolio managers and asset management companies, and a dual PRA/FCA-regulated Solvency II insurance firm
  • Advising on the introduction of IFR/IFD-mandated ESG risk disclosures for an EU investment firm
  • Advising on the application, scope, and requirements of the CSRD as they applied to a large international asset management firm
  • Advising on the introduction of mandatory SFDR entity-level reporting for EU-domiciled portfolio managers and asset management companies
  • Advising on anti-greenwashing matters in the U.K. and the EU

Regulatory Matters

  • Advising on the implementation of IFR/IFD to investment firms in the EU and IFPR to investment firms in the U.K.
  • Working as part of a cross-disciplinary in-house team to advise on and implement the Consumer Duty to a large FCA-regulated asset manager
  • Advising on the implementation of several outsourcing regimes across the EU, including the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, the CBI’s Outsourcing Guidelines, the CSSF Outsourcing Circulars, and the ESMA Cloud Outsourcing Guidelines

Corporate Matters

  • Advising on a broad range of corporate governance matters
  • Acting as lead lawyer on several intragroup reorganisations
