Overview
Sophie Bainbridge is Of Counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the London office. Ms. Bainbridge advises on structured finance transactions across various asset classes, including CLOs and CLO warehouses, equipment lease receivables, mortgage loans, trade receivables, student loans, and portfolio acquisition financings (both performing and non-performing).
Ms. Bainbridge has undertaken two in-house secondments at a global alternative investment manager and another major financial institution.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Bainbridge worked in the structured finance practice of another US law firm in their London office. Ms. Bainbridge trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm, including overseas secondments in Singapore and Moscow.
