Seal Ortega-Rodriguez is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation, primarily in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Ortega-Rodriguez was an associate at another international law firm in New York.

Mr. Ortega-Rodriguez received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2020, with Honors. During his time at Emory, Mr. Ortega-Rodriguez participated in the TI:GER program, an interdisciplinary law and business program focused on bringing novel intellectual property to market. He earned an interdisciplinary degree focused in Biochemistry, Genetics, and Informatics from New Mexico State University in 2017. Mr. Ortega-Rodriguez is admitted to practice in New York.
