Overview

Mo Nurmohamed is a co-chair of the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He has experience across a broad range of issues in banking law, with particular emphasis on matters relating to leverage finance and private equity finance transactions.

Mr. Nurmohamed has particular experience in relation to cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. He was selected by Financial News as one of its 2014 40 Under 40 list of rising stars in the European legal profession. He has also been seconded to both J.P. Morgan’s credit team and Deutsche Bank’s leveraged finance team.
