Michael Larson is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Larson received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2021, where he served as an Editor for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2018. Mr. Larson is admitted to practice law in California.
