Max Roberts is an associate in the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets practice and is based in the Houston Office. His practice focuses on debt and equity securities offerings, public and private capital transactions, and general corporate and securities law.

Mr. Roberts has represented private companies and institutional investors in connection with public and private capital markets transactions.

Mr. Roberts received his law degree summa cum laude (Order of the Coif) from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2019, where he served as an associate for the Louisiana Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015. Mr. Roberts is admitted to practice law in Texas.
