Marvyn Llamas is an Associate in the Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Llamas concentrates his practice on representing underwriters, issuers, collateral managers, and investors in both broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured products. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Llamas worked at another global firm in New York.
