Lena (Do Yon) Kwon is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Her experience includes representing underwriters, issuers and investment managers in collateralized loan obligation transactions and lenders in energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she worked as a research associate at an asset management with AUM of $3 Billion where she specialized in quantitative modeling. She is also a CFA charter holder.

Ms. Kwon received her law degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law. She earned a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Engineering, both from Columbia University.

Ms. Kwon is admitted to practice law in New York.
