Overview
Justin Tsang is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Tsang’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and development. He has experience representing private equity funds, developers, and landlords in various commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Tsang has prior experience in finance and FINRA, as well as a satellite telecommunications startup, and also served as a judicial intern to Justice Andrea Masley of the New York Supreme Court Commercial Division. During law school, Mr. Tsang was on The George Washington Business and Finance Law Review (BFLR). His article, "The Risk Retention Rule as a Framework for Marketplace Lending Funding Arrangements," was published in 2019.
