Overview

Jonathan Lehr is an attorney in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice involves all aspects of real estate law, including commercial development and finance, office and retail leasing, and sales and acquisitions, including; office, multi-family residential and hotel sales and acquisitions, as well as partnership, limited partnership, and limited liability company structuring to affect the foregoing.

Mr. Lehr has extensive experience as developer’s counsel in connection with major commercial projects in New York, including Worldwide Plaza, The Vanderbilt Condominium, Shorehaven Condominium, and others. 

His leasing practice includes representation of both landlords and tenants for office and retail space as well as ground leases. He has represented joint venturers and participating partners (debt, equity, general and limited) with respect to development and ownership of numerous New York properties, as well as properties throughout the United States.
