Jiajun Lu is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice at Paul Hastings. She is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on debt and equity securities offerings, public and private capital transactions, and general corporate and securities law.

Ms. Lu received her law degree from Columbia Law School, where she was the managing editor of the Columbia Journal of the Law & the Arts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University. Ms. Lu is admitted to practice in New York.
