Overview

Jehanne Roche is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on the life sciences and healthcare sectors, specifically in areas related to fraud and abuse, FDA compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity and digital health.

Jehanne supports clients in internal and international investigations into potential violations of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claim Act, the Sunshine Act and the Medicare Open Payments Program. She develops and implements compliance programs and establishes policies and procedures related to healthcare professionals, fair market value and patient support, delivering tailored training to meet each client’s needs.

Originally from France and holding an LL.M. in Corporate Compliance, Jehanne brings a dual background and a global perspective to advising clients. She counsels biotech and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulations for clinical trials, product development, labeling and promotional activities, and also assists with data breach response and HIPAA compliance.
