Janice Witherspoon is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Janice served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Todd W. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Before her legal career, Janice served as the public affairs officer for the Idaho Office of Emergency Management.

Janice received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2024. During law school, Janice worked in the Criminal-Civil Litigation Law Clinic and served as the managing editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law. Janice received her B.A. and B.S. in Communication and Political Science respectively from Boise State University in 2019. Janice is admitted to practice law in California.
