Overview

Frédéric Folliet is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice and is based in the Paris office.

In addition to his academic curriculum, he completed several internships in mergers & acquisitions and civil and commercial litigation before specializing in IWCD, thanks to his experience both in law firms and as a law clerk at the Paris Prosecutor’s office for economic and financial cases.

Frédéric specializes in all areas of IWCD practice as well as in compliance matters, and assists the firm's clients with both advisory and litigation.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings in 2024, he held the same position at Antonin Lévy & Associés since being sworn in as a lawyer in 2020.
