Esma Djokovic is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses primarily on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Djokovic received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she also received a certificate in business law and served as a Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
