Euiyoung (Ellen) Lee is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on representing banks, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders, and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition financings, and recapitalizations.​​

Ms. Lee received her law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School. She earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in New York and California.​
