Charlotte Watt is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. Charlotte focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Charlotte was a lawyer in the finance department of a top-tier law firm in New Zealand. She is admitted to practice in New Zealand.
