Carlos Andrés Gómez is a foreign associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, projects, banking, and finance. Mr. Gómez has a broad-based international corporate practice experience, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions in the Latin American region. Mr. Gómez received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2019 (summa cum laude), and earned his Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. Mr. Gómez is admitted to practice law in Perú.
