Overview

Bhavjyot Kaur Singh is an of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Her practice focuses on the representation of leading commercial and investment banks, alternative lenders, private creditors, and specialty lenders. Ms. Singh’s broad-based domestic and international finance practice includes syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, cash-flow facilities, distressed credit, special situations, and restructurings. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she practiced as a finance associate at another international law firm.

Ms. Singh practices across a variety of industries, including software, healthcare, and hospitality, with extensive experience negotiating credit and security documentation.

 

Ms. Singh received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2013 where she served as an Executive Editor on the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 2009, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Singh is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois.
