Yana Gontcharova is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Special Situations group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Yana focuses on complex financing transactions across a broad variety of industries in both lender-side and borrower-side transactions. She represents banks, private equity funds, hedge funds and alternative capital providers.

Yana received her JD/MBA from Columbia University in 2017, and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University in 2012. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
