Steven Weiser is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Weiser received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Dayton. Mr. Weiser is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
