Shivani Patel is an associate in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Global Fintech & Payments Group and focuses on the representation of financial institutions and other financial services companies in various transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Patel received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019, where she served on the Journal of Law & Politics. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Georgia State University in 2016.
