Nina John is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on securities and capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. John represents public and private corporations in a wide variety of corporate matters.

Ms. John received her law degree (with Honors) from The George Washington University Law School in 2022, where she was a member of the Public Contracts Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2015. Ms. John is admitted to practice law in California.
