Liz Loonam is an attorney in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on a variety of complex finance transactions. She represents agents, lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financings transactions, including first and second lien revolving and term loan credit facilities, asset-based credit facilities and refinancings. She also represents agents and trustees as successor administrative agents and successor trustees. Liz also has significant capital markets knowledge, which was her focus at another international law firm prior to joining Paul Hastings.
