Overview

Gabriel Khoury is an associate in the Fintech and Payments practice at Paul Hastings, where he provides regulatory advice to companies in the digital asset, blockchain, and AI sectors. He handles government and internal corporate investigations and maintains an active immigration pro bono practice. Before starting his legal career, Gabriel was an investigator at several private organizations.

At Georgetown Law, he served as an editor for the Georgetown Technology Law Review and was a student attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic. He interned with the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission.

Additionally, Mr. Khoury is a member of the Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Advisory Council and is a native Arabic speaker.
