Overview
Damian Lu is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Damian's practice focuses on the representation of U.S. and foreign financial institutions in leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow financings and syndicated loans.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Damian was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice of a Canadian law firm.
