Andrew Sterritt is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation.

Mr. Sterritt represents individuals and corporations in investigations and enforcement matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other investigative agencies related to allegations of financial fraud and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Mr. Sterritt received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017, where he served as a senior staff member of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College in 2013.

Mr. Sterritt is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
