CCPA Text Integrating Newly Passed Amendments

As discussed in our previous blog post, the California Legislature recently passed a series of amendments to the CCPA.

Click here for an unofficial redline of the CCPA amendments integrated into the legal text, as prepared by Paul Hastings. The CCPA should look very similar to this if the Governor signs the amendments into law. He has until October 13 to make that determination.
