Overdraft CRA Passes House, Heads to the President

The U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs passed a Congressional Review Act resolution to overturn the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s final rule on overdraft fees based upon the version previously adopted by the U.S. House of Representatives.
