On November 13, 2006, the Supreme Court denied review of the Tenth Circuit’s decision holding that documents produced by Qwest Communications International, Inc. to the DOJ and the SEC do not enjoy the protection of the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work product doctrine with respect to third parties.
