OFCCP Conducting Focused Reviews Post EO Survey

We have been advised that the OFCCP is beginning to conduct socalled “focused reviews” of contractors that completed and returned the EO Surveys distributed in April 2000. The reviews are being initiated by a telephone call followed by a letter from the agency, advising that the agency will conduct an on-site review within three to five days and asking that the contractor have available the underlying documents and information the contractor used to prepare the EO Survey as well as make available certain identified individuals for interviews.
