Submit Your 2016 DCAP Receipts Now

Don’t lose your money: file your 2016 Dependent Care claims.

• The deadline for submission by Aetna is March 31, 2017 (this is not the mailing deadline: it is the received deadline!)

• Gather your receipts and file.

• Don’t wait until the last minute, there are no extensions allowed.

If you participated in the Firm's DCAP (Dependent Care Assistance Program) during 2016, this is a reminder that you have until March 31, 2017 to have filed your claims for reimbursement.

Important Note

Aetna requires your 2016 claims to be on file by March 31, 2017.  Aetna will not accept claims received after this date, even if they are postmarked earlier.  Eligible expenses must have been incurred by December 31, 2016.

Check Your DCAP Balances

Benefits-Firmwide personnel do not have access to your DCAP balance information. However, you can check your 2016 balances by:

• Calling Aetna's member services at (855) 253-8629.

• Logging into Aetna Navigator after you are registered (registering takes less than 5 minutes).

Submit a Claim

Use the claim form available on the Portal: DCAP Claim Form. These forms include Aetna's mailing address, fax number and our control number. The forms on the Aetna website do not have our plan-specific information.
