Paul Hastings was named ‘Structured Finance & Securitisation Team of the Year’ at the IFLR 2016 Europe Awards presented by International Financial Law Review. The firm also worked on two winning deals: The KKR/Unicredit/Intesa Sanpaolo NPL platform was named ‘Structured Finance & Securitisation Deal of the Year’ and GE’s $13.5B deal with Alstom was named ‘M&A Deal of the Year’. The Firm was also shortlisted for three other deal awards: Etihad’s Equity Alliance fund platform and the Theatre Hospitals CMBS restructuring were shortlisted for ‘Structured Finance & Securitisation Deal of the Year’ and Starwood Capital’s sale of Groupe du Louvre Hotels was shortlisted for ‘Private Equity Deal of the Year’.
