Recognized by Managing IP as Outstanding Litigator of the Year – PTAB

Naveen Modi, global vice chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, was named Outstanding Litigator of the Year Award: PTAB, an award he also received in 2016. Managing IP noted several of Modi’s wins at the PTAB, including the invalidation of a hip implant patent on behalf of Zimmer Biomet.
