Phillip Citroën was recognized by The National Law Journal as a Rising Star in the Washington, D.C., legal community. In his profile, Phil described the biggest win or accomplishment in his career, noting, “I secured victories in six inter partes review proceedings before the [U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board], resulting in the cancellation of all 81 challenged claims across five related patents. All victories are sweet, but these victories were particularly meaningful because a subset of the claims was previously found not unpatentable in other proceedings."
