Recognized among the Top 20 Dealmakers by The Hollywood Reporter

Susan Williams was recognized among the year's Top 20 Dealmakers by The Hollywood Reporter. Susan was noted for representing Bank of America as the administrative agent in a syndicated loan to The Weinstein Companies, from which she recovered the bank’s loan when the company declared bankruptcy. The Hollywood Reporter also noted Susan's role as administrative agent to Bank of America's syndicated loan to Open Road Films, as well as her representation of the bank in connection with the bankruptcy of Open Road. Paul Hastings partner Craig Emanuel was also recognized among THR's Top 20 Dealmakers.
